Shop particulars

 

  • We ship worldwide. We sending all our parcels via Australia Post. Orders are typically posted the same day (if the order is placed before 3pm, Monday through Friday). Any orders placed over the weekend are shipped on a Monday, or the first business day if after a public holiday.

    Currently we have a $10 flat rate charge on all orders within Australia, and $20 on all orders overseas.

  • We work from home. We are micro. As such, we do not offer Click and Collect. But If you live in the Melbourne Metropolitan Area (Victoria, Australia), we can deliver any of our Australian Print Workshop prints to you so that the work remains flat, wrapped in acetate and mounted on foamcore. Please let us know in the message field upon checkout. Or contact us by email prior to purchase.

  • Orders to countries outside Australia may be subject to import duties and/or taxes, which are applied when your package reaches your country. Payment of these is necessary to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Customers are responsible for any duties or import fees in addition to shipping pricing.

  • If you need your order urgently please contact us prior to purchase.

  • You will receive a tracking number once your order has been fulfilled.

  • Where possible, we reuse packaging material on all orders.

  • We do not offer returns. All sales are final. If you have a question about something in our store, please contact us by email us prior to purchase.

As such, the laws of the Commonwealth of Australia and, and where applicable, the State of Victoria, will govern these Terms and Conditions. By using this site, you submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Victoria and Australia and agree that any legal action will only be commenced in these forums. The site is available only to people who can form legally binding contracts under applicable law.

  • We attempt to be as accurate as possible when describing our work on the site, gracialouise.com, however, to the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not warrant that the items’ descriptions are error-free. We make every effort to ensure the colours in our shop photos are accurately represented, however, all screens are different, and colours may vary slightly to what you see online.

  • Prices shown on the Site are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and are not inclusive of GST.

  • Our store is hosted on Squarespace. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our artists’ books and zines to you.

    Because your privacy is important to us, we only use your provided information to ship your order, and for our mailing list, should you choose to subscribe.

    Please note that downloading any digital items listed requires you to enter your shipping address as you would for a physical zine. We do not collect your private information. It is a necessary checkout field. Your download will be sent to you via email.
