Artwork and design for Melbourne Chamber Orchestra’s first CD

On the heels of creating the artwork for Melbourne Chamber Orchestra’s 2021 season, we were commissioned to create the artwork and design for the MCO’s first recording, Poems & Romances.

MCO’s first ever CD release, Poems & Romances, features music by Beethoven, Chausson & Shostakovich, in string orchestra arrangements by Keith Crellin. Ukrainian-Australian violinist Markiyan Melnychenko and former MCO Artistic Director William Hennessy showcase their flair as soloists.

Collages created for Melbourne Chamber Orchestra

We were commissioned to create artwork for Melbourne Chamber Orchestra’s 2021 season. We created collages for each concert presented within the the orchestral season as we listened to their supplied playlist on repeat, and tried to replicate their sweep. Including ones for each musician’s portrait, and a series of collages for the chamber music and streaming concerts.
